Dr. Salama is an Invisalign® golden provider in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners to straighten your teeth, so you can smile during treatment as well as after.

Canadian Dental Care Plan
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program intended to reduce financial barriers to oral health care Canadians without a dental plan. The program will provide a dental care subsidy for Canadian residents who do not have dental benefits and have an adjusted household income of less than $90,000 a year.

For many patients, treatments under the CDCP will not be free
Some CDCP patients won’t have the full cost of their appointment covered. Depending on your family’s income, you may need to pay a percentage of the cost. The federal government will only pay a portion of the CDCP fees and you will be responsible for additional charges known as co-payments. You will have to be pay these amounts directly to your dentist, if:
- your adjusted family net income is between $70,000 and $89,999; and
- you agree to dental care that the CDCP does not cover.

Meet The Team
Dr. Hala Salama, DMD
Dr. Salama earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. During her years of study, she received distinctions and awards which recognized her outstanding clinical work Dr. Salama has been practicing dentistry across the globe for over 20 years and continues to be passionate about her work. Dr. Salama is a firm believer in continuing education and is constantly advancing her training, ensuring that she is at the cutting edge of dental knowledge.
Her professional memberships include the Canadian Dental Association, the Manitoba Dental Association, the Winnipeg Dental Society, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, The Implant Prosthodontic Section, Fellowship of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of England, and The Egyptian Dental Association.
Dr. Purvi Shah, DMD
Dr. Shah, is a passionate and dedicated dentist with a unique international perspective on dental care. Born and raised in India, Dr. Shah embarked on an extraordinary educational journey that took her across borders to refine her skills and broaden her understanding of dentistry, Starting from Gujarat University through the UK and finally here after completing her Licensure in Canada. She is a member of the Canadian dental association, Manitoba dental association, Royal college of Dental Surgeons of Glasgow and Gujarat state dental council.
Dr. Shah is known for her gentle and compassionate approach to dentistry, creating a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. She is enthusiastic, caring, Friendly and compassionate. She provides extractions, restorations (fillings), Root canal treatment, crown, bridges and removable dentures. She is committed to continuing education to keep herself up to date with recent development in dentistry and learn new skills.
Dr. Shah can communicate in English, Gujarati and Hindi. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Shah loves playing badminton, cooking and watching soccer with her family.
